About The Position

Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking experienced 3rd Shift Field Trailer Technicians for medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville area. This is a hands-on, field-based role for technicians who pride themselves on quality repairs and independent work, with support from a strong team. Requirements

• At least 1 year of trailer maintenance experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated work style

Nice To Haves

• CDL preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers
• Completing maintenance tasks to DOT and safety standards
• Using digital tools and software to track work orders and service records
• Communicating clearly with team members to ensure timely, accurate repairs
• Delivering reliable service that keeps fleets road-ready
