About the Role Field Tester I primarily focuses on physical vehicle testing in controlled test environments and off-site locations. All levels require individuals who are mentally and physically comfortable learning how to operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two-week on-site ramp-up period.

Requirements

Mentally and physically comfortable learning how to operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two-week on-site ramp-up period.
Ability to travel up to 90% for on-site and off-site vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test plans on autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.
Operate and control heavy equipment and test vehicles under various conditions.
Work closely with scrum teams to conduct user-acceptance testing for software releases.
Identify, document, and report defects using JIRA and Jama (bug tracking tools).
Collect and analyze test data to validate system functionality.
Assist in on-site and off-site testing, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Regularly lift and carry test equipment as needed.
