About The Position
We are seeking a Field Test Engineer to conduct device testing, specifically focusing on 5G and LTE technologies. This role involves device testing projects across Canada on an ad-hoc basis, with a particular focus on Quebec City (including surrounding suburbs), Montreal, Toronto, Niagara, and Vancouver locations. The position primarily involves field drive testing across different cities in Canada based on TELUS network/technology availability.
Requirements
- Experience in 5G NSA, SA, and LTE device testing.
- Experience in logging and troubleshooting for Qualcomm, Shannon, and MTK chipsets.
- Must reside or be able to travel to Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Niagara, and Vancouver.
- Must own or be able to rent a car.
- Must be ready to start testing within 2 to 3 business days' notice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field drive testing across different cities in Canada.
- Perform 5G NSA, SA, and LTE device testing.
- Log and troubleshoot issues for Qualcomm, Shannon, and MTK chipsets.
