We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Chicago, IL area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. This role is dedicated to supporting a specific healthcare system across multiple hospital locations within the region. Your day will be spent supporting our customers across multiple hospital sites within your assigned region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support. As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments. This role requires comfort working across multiple locations and building relationships with a variety of on site stakeholders.
