About The Position
Our agricultural Research Center is looking to hire 2 Field helpers to assist our Farm Crew Ag Assistants with field preparations for research purposes. This position is year-round and 100% outdoors. Must be able to lift 50lbs, (a few times a year). Must have reliable transportation to our Balm/ Wimauma, FL location. Must have a good attitude and positive personality, and be willing to work in a team environment with people from all different backgrounds.
Requirements
- Must be over 18
- Must have a Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities
- hooking up drip tape
- PVC repairs
- tying and planting, tomatoes and /or other crops
- Changing water filters in different field blocks
- Cleaning up fields
- pulling plastic from different field block
