About The Position

Rango Inc. is seeking a Field Technician for its West Texas operations in Monahans, Texas. The technician safely performs diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on heavy equipment, including mechanical and lubrication preventive maintenance. Requirements

Five years of mechanical experience.
A valid CDL driver’s license.
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
Dependability and punctuality.
A high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Five years of related experience with Komatsu, Volvo, and Hitachi equipment.

Responsibilities

Safely diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy equipment.
Remove, repair, and install transmissions, engines, brakes, differentials, pumps, motors, torque converters, final drives, and other heavy-equipment systems or components.
Perform mechanical and lubrication preventive maintenance on machine systems, including hydraulic systems, power trains, and engines.
Prioritize equipment repairs and make repair-related decisions as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
