About The Position
RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel within the United States (all travel expenses will be covered by the company).
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with lithium batteries preferred.
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Technical support & Hardware Repair: 1 year (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with a background in electrical repair and troubleshooting are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
- Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.
