About The Position

Action Environmental is expanding and looking for motivated, hands-on Field Technicians. This role involves providing essential industrial cleaning and environmental services, including vacuuming, flushing, and blasting, across a wide range of industries. Every day presents new environments, challenges, and the chance to make a direct impact.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work
Commitment to safety and following established procedures
Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform sustained physical activity
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass DOT medical and pulmonary fit tests
Reliable communication and ability to respond quickly when on call
Basic English reading and writing skills

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role
