BinSentry offers technology solutions that pair best-in-class optical sensors with user-friendly software to provide customers with enhanced forecasting and decision-making capabilities. The company is seeking a conscientious, qualified part-time Field Technician who can install and service their devices across multiple regions.

Requirements

High school diploma
Working at heights certification, with a full understanding of how to use fall protection equipment.
Clean driving record with ability to drive 8 - 10 hrs per day
Reliable smartphone with basic knowledge of how to use it and take basic measurements.
Organizational and problem solving skills
Great communication skills to work with customers and ability to communicate in English
Positive attitude and service minded.
Solid work ethic and a high standard for yourself and respect for others
Trustworthy, prompt and reliable.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Physically able to climb and lift more than 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Drive to rural areas to install & service devices on farm locations.
Disinfect tires and boots, climb feed bins that range between 10 and 40 ft tall and install sensor and small solar panel inside the site’s bin.
Troubleshoot basic issues on field devices.
Adhere to biosecurity rules where required for each farm location.
Maintain accurate mileage records and time sheets.
