Night Shift Field Technician - Phoenix, AZ
About The Position
Pro-Pipe Services is seeking a Field Technician to work the Night shift at our Phoenix, AZ, branch. The typical work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Pro-Pipe Services, a Shenandoah Company, is the largest CCTV (closed-circuit television) underground pipeline inspection company in the Western U.S. We specialize in using advanced technology to provide quality data and solutions for infrastructure renewal programs, focusing on customer service and safety. Requirements
- Knowledge of confined space entry, cleaning sewer lines, and construction safety
- Must have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess a good driving record over the last 3 - 5 years
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Flexibility to travel out of town during the workweek as needed, depending on job location
Responsibilities
- Driving cars, trucks, forklifts, or other equipment
- Moving debris with shovels
- Crawling and kneeling in confined spaces and access areas
- Lifting and removing manhole covers
- Picking up, sorting, and delivering inventory
- Working around equipment and machinery
- Working around biohazards such as bloodborne pathogens and sewage
- Occasional use of special visual or auditory equipment such as goggles and earplugs
- Occasional exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness, excessive noise, and working at heights
- Traveling to job sites during the workweek and occasionally stay overnight as needed, depending on project
