About The Position

We have what you’re looking for: Competitive Compensation: $21.00 per hour with GUARANTEED automatic $.50 increases at both 60 days and 180 days. Requirements

  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • Valid, unexpired Driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience working with hands-on technology is a plus. Yes, your phone & computer count!
  • Personal vehicle for daily work use (Technicians are eligible for mileage reimbursement to cover the cost of gas & other vehicle maintenance).

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard communities by inspecting, detecting, and preventing natural gas leaks.
  • Use the latest innovative equipment to detect gas leaks and analyze data.
  • Work independently after training, utilizing time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Work outdoors in the fresh air, typically walking 5+ miles per day.
  • Play a key role in the detection of natural gas leaks to protect the community and prevent harm.
  • Help navigate any natural gas incidents and implement the proper solution.
  • Be professional and responsive to clients, providing them with peace of mind.
  • Accurately relay findings and convey information.
  • Be vigilant and stay focused while working to locate leaks.
  • Perform tasks effectively and safely outdoors.
  • Bend, crouch, kneel, and walk several miles per day.
  • Carry up to 20 lbs. of equipment.
