About The Position
NWS operates water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We’re building a team of Field Technicians in YPSILANTI, MI to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. It’s straightforward work, it pays well, and you’re in charge of your own time. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with a pay rate of $25/hr.
Requirements
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions.
- Attention to detail — follow the checklist every time.
- Reliability — show up when scheduled.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, or janitorial work is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores to clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out.
- Take meter readings and log the data on the service report.
- Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit.
- Submit completed reports to the home office.
- Report any damage, mechanical issues, or anything unusual to the home office.
