About The Position

The Field Technician assists the blaster in charge with wiring shots and loads holes using blend truck pumps and equipment. This role involves checking and performing minor routine maintenance on trucks and equipment, loading trucks with product, and preparing holes to receive product. The technician also operates a Bobcat for stemming holes and is responsible for performing all duties in a safe manner, ensuring the safety of themselves and surrounding employees. Other duties may be assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist blaster in charge with wiring of shot.
• Loads holes using blend truck and blend truck pumps and equipment.
• Checks trucks for any needed maintenance.
• Performs minor routine maintenance on truck and equipment.
• Loads trucks with product.
• Prepares holes to receive product.
• Operates Bobcat stemming holes.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
