The Contents Field Technician plays a key role in the restoration and packout process by performing on-site contents services for residential and commercial loss projects. This position is responsible for carefully packing, documenting, handling, and transporting customer belongings that have been impacted by fire, water, mold, or other property damage events. Technicians work directly in customer homes and businesses and must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and care when handling personal property. Responsibilities include completing packouts, inventories, item protection, and preparing contents for transport to cleaning facilities or secure warehouse storage. In addition to field work, Contents Field Technicians are expected to support other areas within the contents department as operational needs arise. This includes assisting with contents cleaning operations, warehouse organization, inventory management, staging, and other related duties that contribute to the successful completion of restoration projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in physically demanding environments, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and customer service.
