About The Position

As the Field Technician, you will work directly with our talented Fox Stone Care team to restore, beautify, and maintain high-end surfaces including marble, granite, and engineered stone. The Natural Stone Care Technician will provide expert cleaning, honing, and polishing services while upholding our commitment to paramount customer service and technical mastery. This role reports to the Field Supervisor and is based out of our Richmond, CA facility. This is a non-exempt, hourly position and pays $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

Technical Specialist: You have hands-on experience with natural stone care and are comfortable working with a variety of materials including Neolith, quartz, and white marble.
Physically Resilient: You are prepared for a demanding workday that includes bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting or moving over 50 lbs.
Professional & Verifiable: You possess a valid, clean driver’s license and are willing to undergo a background check to ensure the safety and trust of our residential and business clients.
Reliable Team Player: You are honest, punctual, and legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a passion for improving your skills within a large, established company.

Responsibilities

Execute Full-Scale Restoration: Use professional-grade equipment to perform grinding, honing, sealing, and polishing on marble, granite, limestone, and engineered stone.
Master Surface Protection: Take ownership of the job site by meticulously protecting all secondary surfaces (walls, cabinets, and furniture) before work begins.
Restore Tile & Grout: Provide deep cleaning and precision color-sealing for ceramic and porcelain surfaces in both floors and showers.
Maintain State-of-the-Art Standards: Apply IICRC-certified techniques and the latest innovations to ensure a "phenomenal" customer experience on every project.
