Montana’s premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated Field Technician with an eagerness to learn and the ability to truly understand our customers. While a technical background would be preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you. Requirements

• A dependable person with a can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to use digital tools for delivery communications
• A commitment to maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and providing top-notch service
• Heavy lifting is a requirement of this position

Nice To Haves

• Prior delivery or hot tub maintenance background is encouraged but not mandatory
• Loves working in the outdoors

Responsibilities

• Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to learn water chemistry
• Add notes to customer files
• Communicate with service team when needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
