About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Service Mechanic with a strong mechanical background to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all types of construction equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining our fleet and ensuring our customers have reliable equipment. We are a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements
- Mechanical experience of 5+ years troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all types of construction equipment
- Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Diesel Engine repairs
- Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment (not just preventative maintenance)
- Must own the tools you need to do the job
- A DOT medical card is required – don’t have one? Don’t worry! We can help you get yours.
Nice To Haves
- Welding and fabrication is a plus
Responsibilities
