About The Position
We are seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant III to provide advanced on-site hardware repair and customer support for HP’s PC and printer products. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, workstations, and printers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in hardware repair (PCs, printers).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on HP devices.
- Perform installations, configurations, and unit repairs.
- Provide customer education and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage service events and escalate technical issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards.
