The Field Survey Manager is responsible for understanding state regulations governing land surveying practice, with a strong emphasis on ALTA Surveys, topographic features, and engineering design alignment. This role involves facilitating meetings, maintaining high-level communication with office management and project teams, and acting as the on-site lead and subject matter expert for all project survey-related items. The position also includes mentoring junior technicians, implementing best practices, and standard operating procedures to foster growth and success. This is a traveling position, requiring up to 100% travel across the US to support renewable project builds, with an average project duration of 8-12 months. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided, along with a daily per diem and routine travel home (rotation).
