Join the largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top-three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as a Field Support Technician. This role is 100% at the client site in Canonsburg, PA. This position will provide the first-line remote or on-site technical support of hardware, software, and operating systems ensuring exceptional customer service in a professional business environment. This may also include other network connected devices, depending on the client’s service contract. You will diagnose mechanical or technical problems by applying the basic rules of troubleshooting to identify problems, investigate causes, recommend solutions to correct common failures, and develop checklists for typical problems. Candidates should live within 30 minutes of Canonsburg, PA. Client location to be disclosed upon acceptance of an offer to remove any bias. After 18 months at client location, employees are able to decide if they'd like to remain, go into the corporate office, or become assigned to a new client.
