The Field Support Manager will be working directly with the Field Support team to manage processes to enable Key Accounts, Insights and Distribution to be more effective and help develop tools to enable the national strategies required by the Sales and Distribution teams across the US to lead the Energy Drink category, grow the business and win vs. the competition. The manager will work on improving or maintaining the processes and tools required for future growth. This will optimize time, simplify operations, engage, and train the sales force on critical trade initiatives across all Off-Premise accounts serviced by RBNA’s national distribution network.
