About The Position

AccentCare is hiring a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services. The Field Supervisor supports quality, compliant client care through in-home visits; guides and trains caregivers; welcomes new clients and helps develop personalized care plans; connects clients, caregivers, and office staff; and responds to challenges in the field to help maintain consistent, compassionate care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is not remote. Salary is $20–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 60 hours of college coursework.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting; alternatively, 1 year of leadership experience plus 30 hours of college credit.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as a resource for field staff.
• Meet new clients and families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure they feel supported and connected.
• Address field challenges and find solutions that maintain consistent, compassionate care.
