About The Position

Premier Protective Security is hiring a full-time Field Supervisor Security Officer for locations in Dallas, Texas. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring and safeguarding premises, including patrolling locations, and preserving order by enforcing site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The position requires a current Texas Level 3 Armed Security Guard license, supervisor experience, knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites, a personally owned firearm, at least two years of armed or unarmed security officer experience, and customer service experience. Applicants for armed roles must be at least 21 and meet the stated education or experience qualification. Offers are contingent on required certifications, screening and verification, onboarding, and approval and interview with the assigned site manager. On-the-job and site-specific training must be completed. Pay is $21.50 per hour; the schedule is to be determined.

Requirements

Currently hold a Texas Level 3 Armed Security Guard license.
Have supervisor experience.
Have knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites.
Own a firearm.
Have at least two years of armed or unarmed security officer experience.
Have customer service experience.
Be at least 21 years old for an armed role.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience; the experience alternative is stated as applicable only to armed roles.
Pass a background check and drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements and obtain security certification as required by the State.
Receive E-Verification approval and complete onboarding.
Obtain approval and interview with the assigned site manager.
Complete on-the-job training and all site-specific training.

Responsibilities

Monitor and safeguard client premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for the client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Remain vigilant by seeing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
