About The Position

Environment Control Service Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to provide critical on-site leadership for our nighttime commercial janitorial operations. In this role, you will oversee field crews across multiple client facilities, ensure top-tier quality control, resolve shift logistics, and drive consistent service excellence throughout evening and overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial janitorial cleaning and multi-site supervisory or team lead roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexible nighttime/overnight schedules.
• Strong team leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and guide nightly cleaning crews across assigned project sites to maintain performance and morale.
• Conduct routine nighttime site inspections to ensure all facilities meet company quality standards, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
• Manage daily night shift logistics, address unexpected call-outs, and resolve on-site operational challenges promptly.
• Provide hands-on training for new staff on cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and facility security procedures, stepping in to support field teams as necessary.
• Document site progress, attendance, and quality metrics, maintaining clear communication with Account Managers and Division Managers.
