About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to direct support staff. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals ready to transition from direct support into a leadership role, even without prior supervisory experience. The company offers training to develop the necessary skills for success. The Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring individuals served achieve greater independence, meaningful employment, and full community participation by upholding high-quality service standards, coaching staff, supporting individuals, and strengthening community partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Job Coach, DSP, Employment Specialist, Supported Employment Specialist, ECF Professional, Case Manager, Community Support Specialist, or DIDD provider
  • Passion for helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and seniors achieve greater independence, employment success, and community inclusions
  • Readiness to grow into a leadership role
  • Willingness to develop leadership skills if no prior supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
  • Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
  • Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
  • Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion
  • Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
  • Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
  • Observe services and provide coaching
  • Support new staff through field training and ongoing development
  • Complete quality assurance visits
  • Review documentation and service delivery
  • Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
  • Support compliance requirements
  • Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes
  • Resolve client and caregiver concerns
  • Monitor service quality
  • Assist with audits and corrective actions
  • Identify barriers and recommend solutions
