About The Position

Hammer Head Security is seeking a dependable and experienced Field Supervisor to support security operations across multiple client locations. This position provides field leadership, officer support, site inspections, training, incident response, and communication with Operations Management and clients. The Field Supervisor helps ensure security personnel are properly equipped, understand their assigned responsibilities, and follow company policies and client-specific procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

Requirements

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between assigned locations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to complete clear and accurate reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond appropriately to changing operational needs.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, GPS systems, security applications, and electronic reporting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment within assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call assignments.
  • Candidates must reside in the greater Bay Area region.

  • Previous security experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support security officers at assigned client locations.
  • Conduct scheduled and periodic site inspections.
  • Verify that officers are present, properly uniformed, and performing assigned duties.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training on company procedures and site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and requests for assistance.
  • Communicate with Dispatch, Operations Management, and client representatives regarding field operations.
  • Assist with staffing coverage and operational needs when directed by management.
  • Conduct temporary post coverage when necessary.
  • Investigate reported incidents and prepare accurate documentation for management.
  • Complete site inspection reports, Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Deliver uniforms, equipment, and company materials to assigned locations as needed.
  • Identify security, safety, or operational concerns and communicate them to management.
  • Follow company policies, client post orders, and established security procedures.
  • Maintain professional relationships with officers, clients, visitors, and other site personnel.
  • Support consistent service quality across assigned locations.
  • Perform other field and supervisory duties as assigned.
