Aurora Field Supervisor
About The Position
As an entry-level Field Supervisor in Aurora, you’ll help keep in-home care running at full speed—supporting our team and ensuring Clients receive consistent, high-quality service. Your morning kicks off onsite with quick check-ins and a game plan for supporting Clients across the day. You’ll stay in motion—tracking progress, answering questions, and keeping communication crisp as schedules shift. Midday is all about momentum: you pivot between updates, brief touchpoints, and timely documentation so nothing slips. By afternoon, you’re closing loops, confirming next steps, and setting up a smooth handoff—ending the day knowing Clients are covered and tomorrow is already in motion.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort working onsite and traveling locally as needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Commitment to integrity and safety
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field activity to keep care plans moving smoothly for Clients
- Communicate updates between caregivers, office staff, and Clients with clarity and urgency
- Document visits, notes, and follow-ups accurately and on time
- Help resolve day-to-day issues quickly while keeping safety and professionalism front and center
