About The Position

Turner Pest Control is seeking a Field Supervisor to support and guide a team of 10-15 Pest Control Technicians. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at coaching, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The ideal candidate will ensure top-notch service delivery, foster professional growth among technicians, and contribute to customer satisfaction by keeping homes and businesses pest-free. The company is open to training individuals from diverse backgrounds, including route/delivery drivers, retail, customer service, construction, military veterans, lawncare, warehouse, uniform delivery, and restaurants, provided they are motivated, hard-working, compassionate, and possess a positive mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of pest control experience OR 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role.
  • State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and after-hours.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A knack for organization and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office, smartphones, PestPac, and more.
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • The ability to comfortably work indoors and outdoors in various weather.
  • The ability to safely climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces as needed.
  • Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of 10-15 technicians in their pest management objectives for residential and commercial accounts.
  • Oversee technicians' day-to-day activities and professional development.
  • Ensure the delivery of stellar customer service.
  • Provide in-field coaching and 1-1 training.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections.
  • Run daily team huddles.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to interview, hire, and train new team members.
  • Provide safe and effective pest management solutions.
  • Evaluate new customers' needs.
  • Maximize required performance outcomes.
  • Keep records of service activities.
  • Submit reports to management as required.
