This role serves as a supervisor for Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The supervisor ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed. They are responsible for handling emergency situations, coaching and disciplining personnel, and training staff. The role also involves assisting with payroll and personnel information, ensuring adequate post coverage, preparing reports, inspecting posts, and meeting with clients to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service. Supervisory duties may include interviewing, orienting, training, assigning work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and making hiring/termination recommendations. The Field Supervisor may also perform the duties of a Security Officer.
