We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor, supporting various residential energy efficiency programs in the state of NJ! You will oversee a team of local, on-site program and company representatives who support residential customers taking advantage of state funded energy efficiency improvements. In this role, you will oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy-efficient equipment, pre/post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You will also review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures, troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications, and act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. This position requires travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle. This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Requirements

Over 7 years of relevant industry experience – including auditing, home inspections, home equipment installation
Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field service setting
High school diploma or GED required
Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license
Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
