About The Position

Manage day-today activities of Mustang Extreme Environmental Services (MEES) geosynthetic liner crews with a goal of safe and effective field operations. Supervise team activities recommending improvements to increase efficiency and meet financial objectives and ensure optimal service and quality to the Company’s customers. Reports to Project Manager level in the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-10 year of geosynthetic liner experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software as needed perform essential functions
  • Ability to work within a highly service-oriented team culture
  • Working knowledge of trucks and any other yard equipment
  • Knowledge of DOT/OSHA compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi‐task.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the Company.
  • Comfortable working in a hands‐on environment
  • High energy level, strong sense of ethics, discretion, and adherence to process
  • Ability and willingness to seek out areas for improvement and solve problems
  • 3‐5 years of supervisory related experience, required
  • Environmental/Oilfield/Natural Gas services preferred
  • Valid State-Issued Driver’s License
  • Supervisory experience with knowledge of employment practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage staffing schedules to achieve optimal operational coverage with a high degree of safety in mind
  • Conduct “Start of Day Meeting” and ensure compliance with Safety and OSHA regulations
  • Monitor safety, technical and regulatory compliance
  • Manage Driver qualification compliance
  • Responsible for performance and talent management of direct reports
  • Approve timecards for direct reports
  • May be responsible for job profitability and customer communication around items such as: equipment cleaning or damage issues, scope changes, change orders, etc.
  • May be responsible for various sales support activities such as: job walks, assisting & directing Job setup; identifying and communicating Change Orders with customer & Sales Rep.; development of equipment/materials loading lists; First Call for Field Service Requests; site visits and audits
  • Assist in quoting and coordinating special projects.
  • May be responsible for documenting Project Lessons Learned and submitting to Operations Manager
  • Monitor all required training for direct reports to include safety, technical and regulatory training
