Requirements

Must have 2 + years of lead experience in the life safety industry
Must have at least 1 NICET certification
Pass drug and background screenings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Multiple NICET's in each discipline preferred

Responsibilities

Provide daily field support and measure the performance of technicians
Work with project managers and sub-contractors as needed
Must be able to source, understand and interpret industry codes and standards
Ensure technicians are participating in all Koorsen and vendor-required training
Provide coaching and motivation to help develop team members
Must be organized and have the ability to make adjustments in schedule to assist with department coverage needs
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
Open-minded willingness for continual learning
Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
