We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on OSP Supervisor to help lead fiber construction crews in the field. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lead or step into a leadership role
• Comfortable working outdoors in a field environment
• Good communication and organization skills

Nice To Haves

• Any construction or utility experience
• HDD (directional drilling) exposure
• Familiarity with locates or job site safety
• OSHA certification (or willingness to get it — we can help)

Responsibilities

• Help supervise drilling, fiber placement, and restoration work
• Set daily goals and help track production progress
• Assist with verifying locates, depths, bore logs, and job quality
• Work alongside inspectors, utilities, and city teams
• Support crews by solving problems and keeping work on track
• Take photos, complete reports, and provide daily updates
• Promote safety and hold crews to high standards
