About The Position
Field Supervisors of Passenger Services Assistant are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. To include ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constantly patrolling of the Terminal and Office area.
Requirements
- Must be able to work the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm).
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed, holidays, and weekends.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.
- Constantly patrolling of the Terminal and Office area.
