About The Position

Superintendent - Commercial Sheet Metal Construction in Atlanta, GA. This role requires a leader who can lead crews, keep projects moving, and create a jobsite where people work hard, stay safe, and respect each other. This is not a desk job; responsibilities include leading daily huddles, managing crews, coordinating schedules, solving field issues, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, plans ahead, holds crews accountable, prioritizes safety, and leads by example. This role is for individuals who enjoy seeing visible progress and building strong teams.

Requirements

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and daily jobsite meetings.
