About The Position

Dueall is seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to lead exterior remediation and restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. From stucco failures to waterproofing breakdowns, you’ll guide on-site teams to tackle tough problems and turn them into stunning results. At Dueall, we specialize in comprehensive exterior remediation and restoration. Our work spans stucco repair, cladding remediation, waterproofing, painting and finishing, and construction defect correction. Whether it’s a large-scale HOA renovation or a commercial building restoration, we blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving to restore beauty, integrity, and performance to every project we touch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction leadership or project supervision roles
• Experience in restoration or exterior remediation (stucco, waterproofing, cladding, etc.)
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable when field conditions shift
• Results-driven, take ownership, and follow through to completion
• Communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and maintain a strong job site presence
• Customer focus and leadership potential
• Tech-savvy with project management tools and general Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred, but not required for the right experience

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews with clarity, energy, and direction. Foster a positive job site environment that promotes accountability and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and homeowners. Serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage schedules, coordinate trades, and allocate resources to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project quality benchmarks. Conduct regular inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Anticipate challenges and make smart, swift decisions to resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
