About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Field Superintendent - Civil/Structural/Architectural for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. There are 6 openings available. The pay rate is $98.00 - $130.00 per hour, based on experience and fit for the scope. The project involves a large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details will be shared only with qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Strong field leadership with subcontractor, craft, and daily work planning experience
• Able to drive lookaheads, manpower coordination, installation quality, and safety expectations
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Responsibilities

• Own or support CSA field execution, site logistics, structural and architectural coordination, quality, safety, daily planning, and turnover support.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
