About The Position

Our field operations teams play a critical role in executing complex applications, supporting customers, and ensuring operational excellence across well construction and production services. As a Field Specialist IV - SCS, you will lead and execute field operations across medium to high-risk sand control applications. You will bring extensive product line expertise, strong mechanical aptitude, and operational proficiency to deliver reliable outcomes in both offshore and onshore environments. This role requires in-depth knowledge of drilling and completion operations, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and performance.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical Degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of field experience in Sand Control System products.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
  • Proven experience in deepwater deployment and offshore operations.
  • Willingness and ability to work on a 24-hour on-call basis and travel internationally as required.
  • Working knowledge of technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work safely in high-risk environments while adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Executing medium to high-risk applications within the Sand Control Systems Product Group with a high level of competency.
  • Supporting low to medium-risk applications across other product lines as required.
  • Applying thorough knowledge of drilling, completion techniques, and workover rig operations.
  • Demonstrating strong mechanical and technical proficiency in sand control products within at least one product line.
  • Supporting offshore operations, including 24/7 on-call responsibilities, and working in remote environments.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
  • Maintaining accurate job documentation, operational reports, and service records.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting Aftermarket (AMO) operations and other business needs as required.
