About The Position

This role is part of the Wellbore Construction team and involves running low- to medium-risk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger product lines. The Field Specialist will ensure job readiness, equipment compatibility, and high-quality service delivery while supporting customers at the wellsite. Responsibilities include running multiple applications, ensuring equipment compatibility, providing customer support, completing paperwork, ensuring product and service quality, conducting on-the-job training, supporting workshop activities, and handling special projects. All business activities must be conducted in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Wellbore Construction, Completions, or Liner Hanger operations
• Confidence running tools independently in low- to medium-risk applications
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to make sound decisions at the wellsite
• Comfortable working directly with customers and representing Baker Hughes in the field
• Commitment to safety, service quality, and continuous improvement
• Willingness to support workshop tasks and mentor others when needed

Responsibilities

• Running multiple low- to medium-risk applications in one or more product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers
• Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job
• Providing front-line customer support and completing all job-related paperwork accurately
• Using experience and application knowledge to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards
• Conducting on-the-job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications
• Supporting workshop activities as required
• Handling special projects as assigned
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
