About The Position

The Field Specialist – Fishing Services works within Baker Hughes’ Completions & Wellbore Intervention Team, supporting on-site operators and customers to maximize well capacity and value. The role prioritizes health, safety, and environmental practices and delivers reliable execution at the wellsite. It also includes completing required documentation, submitting end-of-well files after field installations, and notifying the office of changes in job scope or additional material requirements.

Requirements

Previous oilfield experience, ideally in Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines.
A minimum of 3–5 years of exposure to Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines.
Previous field installation experience.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Coil tubing experience.
Downhole tool experience.
Frac plug millout experience.
Downhole motor experience.
Cased hole fishing experience.
