About The Position
We are looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team and support customers throughout the local area. In this role, you'll travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations throughout the State College, PA area.
- Diagnose and repair Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware-related issues.
- Configure equipment and ensure proper operation.
- Provide professional customer service during on-site visits.
- Accurately document service activities and completed work.
