About The Position

As a Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, overseeing field operations to ensure top-notch installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment while upholding the highest safety standards. You'll be the go-to person for both field teams and management, bridging the gap and fostering effective communication. With a blend of hands-on fieldwork and office duties, you’ll drive operational excellence, enforce compliance, and spearhead continuous improvement, all while nurturing the growth and development of your team members. Must be local to Midland/Odessa area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable field experience required
  • Minimum 3+ years of Field Supervisor experience required.
  • Valid Class C Driver’s License issued by his/her state of residence and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience in field service operations.
  • Must be able to work under time deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Travel up to 75% in the field, overseeing operations and providing technical support

Nice To Haves

  • Strong safety background (preferred).
  • OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Experience with production/workover operations, artificial lift, rod pump, ESP systems (CT, capillary, spooling, ESP preferred).
  • Fleet management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HULK Downhole products at customer well sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Directly manage and lead the field service team, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure that all fieldwork is conducted in compliance with company safety policies, industry regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field teams, relaying information between technicians, customers, and management.
  • Monitor job performance, enforce quality standards, and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to confirm proper installation and maintenance practices.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting equipment failures, and providing expert solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of field activities, service reports, and incident records as needed.
  • Support the Field Services Manager by coordinating field activities, scheduling resources, and optimizing workflow.
  • Manage fleet and equipment readiness, ensuring that tools, vehicles, and machinery are properly maintained and available for deployment.
  • Assisting in overseeing safety in the field.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional growth among field service personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company goals and operational success.
