About The Position

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Field Support Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for assisting with field investigations, observations, and provider relations activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual requirements. The role supports provider oversight, training compliance, and market initiatives while helping maintain high-quality transportation services. This role involves assisting in scheduling field work, conducting visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify service levels, driver and vehicle adherence to standards, and on-time performance. It also supports tracking and maintaining Train-the-Trainer certification, attending training sessions to ensure compliance with instructional standards, and evaluating trainer compliance. The specialist will communicate findings to leadership, support the development of action plans, and oversee training compliance with the organization's curriculum. Additionally, the role assists with network digitization, platform utilization, and other market-specific initiatives. Special projects and other duties as assigned may be part of the role. Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Zero (0) plus years of experience.
Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Basic knowledge of local road laws and regulations, with the ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS navigation.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver prescribed training content.
Ability to understand and complex instructions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness and ability to travel locally at least 75% within the assigned state.
Ability to safely use a hands-free mobile phone.

Responsibilities

Assists in scheduling field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
Conducts scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify levels of service, provider adherence to contractual standards for drivers and vehicles, and on-time performance.
Supports tracking and maintaining Train-the-Trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
Occasionally attends random or scheduled training sessions conducted by third-party trainers to ensure compliance with CTAA/NSC instructional standards.
Assists in evaluating trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training requirements.
Communicates findings to leadership and supports the development of appropriate action plans.
Supports oversight of training compliance with the organization's prescribed curriculum.
Assists with network digitization, platform utilization, and other market-specific initiatives.
May participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
