The Field Service Representative position is a key role focused on servicing customers in the Charlotte, NC area. Responsibilities include completing field measurements of homes prior to ordering cabinets, monitoring field cabinet installations, performing minor troubleshooting, and conducting quality walks after installation. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with sales representatives and Order Specialists, coaching Installers and Service Technicians, communicating with site superintendents, and delivering and installing parts as follow-up. Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality checks and punch lists, utilizing Salesforce, is also a core part of the role. All duties must be performed in compliance with safety rules, regulations, and good housekeeping practices, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed on time.
