The Field Service Representative position is a key role responsible for servicing customers in the Nashville North, Tennessee area. This involves completing field measurements of homes before ordering cabinets, monitoring cabinet installations, performing minor troubleshooting, and conducting quality walks after installation. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with sales representatives and order specialists, coaching installers and service technicians, and communicating with site superintendents regarding field measure results and job completions. Additionally, the representative will conduct minor troubleshooting and punch outs, deliver and install parts as a follow-up, and ensure customer satisfaction by preparing punch lists at job sites using Salesforce. All responsibilities must be performed in compliance with safety rules, regulations, and good housekeeping practices, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed on time.
