Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Visiting customer job sites to inspect building products and workmanship at various stages of construction.
- Investigating customer concerns and identifying effective solutions to service and product issues.
- Recommending repairs or replacements based on company guidelines, quality standards, and cost-effective practices.
- Coordinating with and approving third-party repair providers when needed.
- Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Managing your schedule and workload to meet daily, weekly, and project-related goals.
