About The Position
Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures. This role involves overseeing the preparation and shipment of materials, identifying reprocessable items, providing on-site support, and educating staff on program benefits and best practices. The representative will also support training initiatives, conduct facility visits, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.
- Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance or other criteria.
- Regular lifting at least 30 lbs.
- Work on extended and /or "odd" or "on call" hours as business needs dictate.
- Travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
- Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
- Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
- Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
