About The Position

The Field Services Regional Trainer plays a critical role in developing, training, and supporting DCOMM’s field technicians across Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. This position is responsible for delivering hands-on technical training, safety education, and compliance support that directly impacts quality, safety, and long-term technician success. When not leading formal new hire classes, the Field Services Regional Trainer is embedded in the field — conducting quality inspections (QI), safety checks, uptraining newer technicians, and reinforcing best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, credible field leader, and coach who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and is passionate about developing people the right way.
