Field Services Quality Assurance Specialist

Reworld ProjectsUsa, FL
Onsite

About The Position

The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is responsible for ensuring full compliance of Reworld Field Services (RFS) boiler and pressure vessel repair work with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) requirements. This includes oversight of all work executed under the NBIC "R" and ASME "S" and "U" Stamp programs held by Reworld Projects, LLC. The QAS verifies work performed by both Reworld employees and certified contractors, ensuring adherence to code standards, inspection protocols, and documentation requirements. This role identifies and resolves non-compliance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the integrity and trust associated with ASME and NBIC certifications. Given that pressure part failures are a leading cause of unplanned downtime in Energy-from-Waste (EfW) plants, this role plays a critical part in improving reliability through effective inspection, material verification, weld quality oversight, and proper installation practices. The QAS reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
