Requirements
- Communications majors preferred but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Canva
- Project Management experience
- Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment
- Organized and can effectively prioritize across teams
- Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail
- Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events
- Craft compelling content that fosters engagement and culture
- Analyze current processes and make recommendations to close identified gaps
- Collaborate cross functionally on communication strategies
- Leading and supporting high-impact special projects
Benefits
- This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour
